JAWA Management Software GmbH, headquartered in Graz, has been developing innovative B2B software solutions for industry for over 25 years. Our modular management platform inforum supports renowned international customers in process management, digitalization and AI integration.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and take our Marketing & Communications to the next level.
Your tasks
- Development, implementation and management of marketing strategies (online & offline) in the B2B software environment
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) in close coordination with management
- Content creation: preparation and implementation of success stories with our clients, creation of website and social media content (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog)
- Design & implementation of marketing materials with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintenance and further development of our website and coordination of social media activities (including support for external assistants)
- Organization and implementation of events, workshops & cooperations
- Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers and relevant multipliers
- Support with press relations & PR as well as customer success communication
Your profile
- Completed training/studies in the field of marketing, communication, media or comparable
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the software or IT environment
- Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in the conception & implementation of marketing campaigns (digital & classic)
- Creativity, a flair for storytelling and target group-oriented communication
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working directly with management, the development team and customers
- Very good knowledge of German and English

General conditions
- Place of work: Graz (hybrid working possible)
- Scope of employment: full-time
- Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 3,200 gross/month. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
