To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated professional who takes on technical responsibility, contributes their own ideas, and helps us further develop our platform.

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work on the further development and modernization of our software platform. You will support projects from technical concept through to production implementation, working closely with our development team, management, and our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- You develop and modernize web applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, PHP, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- You take on the technical concept and implementation of customer and product projects.
- You develop and integrate interfaces and RESTful APIs.
- You conduct code reviews and, together with the team, ensure high software quality.
- You implement AI solutions in production, from selecting and modeling suitable AI and machine learning approaches to integrating them into existing system landscapes.
- You work with AI models, large language models, and agentic programming.
- You research new technologies, evaluate their potential, and turn them into creative and practical solutions.
- You make your developments ready for deployment through cloud deployments, containerization, and API integrations.
- You’ll be in direct contact with our customers and will take on technical and organizational responsibility for your projects.
What you bring to the table
It’s not important to us that you can check off every item on the list. What matters much more to us are technical understanding, initiative, and a willingness to learn new topics.
- You have a technical education, for example, from a technical college (HTL), a university of applied sciences (FH), or a university, in computer science, software development, or data science, or you have relevant practical experience.
- You’re likely an object-oriented programmer with experience in TypeScript, Vue.js, and PHP.
- You’re interested in AI, large language models, and agent-based software development, ideally, you’ve already implemented some initial solutions using these technologies.
- You understand basic machine learning methods and can realistically assess their benefits, limitations, and risks.
- You work independently, in an organized manner, and proactively.
- You have a good command of German and English.
- Experience with Linux and SQL databases
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design
- Experience with cloud services
- Containerization and orchestration, for example with Docker
- Productive Deployment of AI Models
- Basic knowledge of scaling, deployment, and MLOps

General conditions
Work location: Graz; hybrid work is possible
Scope of employment: full-time
Salary: The minimum salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €3.200 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is, of course, possible.
