What previously required several hours of manual work is available as an initial draft in minutes. Subject-matter authority remains with the human: every AI-generated draft is reviewed and only adopted after approval. This principle of human in the loop is mandatorily embedded.
Audit management covers internal audits, process audits, and supplier audits, planned via an annual audit program. Assessments are conducted according to standards such as VDA 6.x as well as customer-specific models. Findings and corrective actions are documented digitally and tracked through to effectiveness verification, so that audit evidence is generated in day-to-day operations.
